About the Neighborhood
Manzanita is a western-facing waterfront community with homes along the shoreline enjoying spectacular views of the Olympic Mountain Range. There is nothing like watching the sun go down behind that majestic mountain range as the colors of the sky transform before your eyes. Many of the homes along Manzanita Road have sandy beaches and as well as easy waterfront access perfect for kayaking, paddleboard, or swimming!
Fun fact: A 1908 home on the north shore of Little Manzanita Bay was owned at different times by the sons of George Westinghouse and Charles Lindbergh.
