As a physician, I know that when people are faced with major life events (like buying a home), they need to know that the person they are working with is emotionally and intellectually invested 100%. That's Leah. Here is one great example of how she works. The home we fell in love with on Bainbridge Island suddenly came back on the market after a potential buyer changed their mind late in the process. Due to interest in the property we had to quickly put in an offer potentially waiving many of the usual contingencies. Leah thought to call the agent of the former potential buyer and arranged for us to immediately purchase the recent home, well, septic and geological surveys for a fraction of their original cost. We were able to review them immediately to assure ourselves that there were no red flags. She was also available to answer questions and connect us with a great mortgage broker at Arboretum Mortgage (Ray Biggers). I learned later that she was doing all this while studying for her managing broker's license (which she aced!). The day after we closed, we arrived at our new dream home to find a lovely vase of tulips on the counter top and a bottle of champagne for us and a sparkling grape juice for the kids in the fridge.
