Rockaway Beach, a winding, lazy two-lane road lined with low/no bank waterfront homes enjoying captivating views of Seattle, Cascade Mountains and Mt. Rainier that will stay with you forever. The coveted Rockaway Beach is known for phenomenal sunrises in the morning and sparkling city skyline views in the evening that feel like your very own live entertainment. This stretch of waterfront has some of the most expensive real estate from the perspective of price per square foot of waterfront footage with straight-on views of Seattle. Here you can watch as the ferries cruise by, catch glimpses of eagles, herons, and seagulls, and take in the view of Mt. Rainier. The south end of Rockaway Beach is also complemented by Rockaway Beach Park, a .5-acre beachfront conservancy park containing a picnic table, benches, scuba diving access to Blakely Harbor, and of course, phenomenal views.
