About the Neighborhood

As you arrive on Bainbridge Island, you will notice the beautiful shoreline that juts out to the east called Wing Point. It’s a lovely centrally located neighborhood with gorgeous views of Puget Sound and the skyline of Seattle. The original settlers on the point would watch the great numbers of bald eagles that would nest in Eagle Harbor, inspiring the name Wing Point.

Wing Point is very close to the ferry for easy commuting and is quick access to the island’s only highway connecting us to all of Kitsap County. Because of its location, sitting between Murden Cove and Eagle Harbor, it remains a very quiet community with little traffic.

There are many advantages that come with residing in Wing Point. For the avid golfer, membership means enjoying the island’s only 18-hole golf course. If golf isn’t your sport, you can enjoy the pool and highly rated clubhouse with a social membership. The area now boasts new sidewalks that make it easy for a walk into town, or head over to the shops and restaurants on High School Road.

The neighborhood is made up of new custom homes, beautiful stately waterfront properties, and lovely traditional homes centered around the golf course. Residents have access to the community beach through the McMicken Beach Trail and can enjoy the beautiful Hawley Cove Park.
