About the Neighborhood
The Gazzam Lake/Baker Hill neighborhood is located at the mid-southern end of the island, near Lynwood Center, and under 10 minutes from the ferry. Baker Hill, running east and west takes you to an entrance to Gazzam Lake, an untouched 13-acre freshwater wetland surrounded by lush forest with an extensive trail system. The unique trail system has many directions to take, several of which lead to a pleasant stroll along Crystal Springs Drive. Homes here are highly sought after offering larger lots with wooded privacy and many with spectacular views of the Puget Sound and Mt Rainier.
