Ideally located on the eastern side of Bainbridge Island next to Murden Cove, Ferncliff looks out over Puget Sound, the Cascades, and the Seattle skyline. Close to Bainbridge High School, Downtown Winslow, and the Bainbridge Island Ferry, you’ll have access to in-city amenities while enjoying a tranquil, more remote waterfront setting. Yeomalt Point is a special spot right off Ferncliff Ave. with captivating views of Seattle and Puget Sound. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch a glimpse of orcas now and again!

Fun Fact: Yeomalt Point was one of the first neighborhoods settled on Bainbridge Island and was at one time used as a fishing camp for Native Americans.
