“In addition to recognizing our Top Performers, I would also like to recognize all those at our firm that specifically don’t sell and who are dedicated instead to support our brokers that represent us to consumers,” adds Dean Jones, President and CEO. “Unlike some brands where the franchise owner or Managing Broker is the top producing agent at the firm, we are very intent to not compete with our brokers. We are dedicated to support their ascension.”
Jones points to a roster of more than two dozen staff members in Senior Leadership, Brokerage Management, Broker Care, Marketing, Transaction Management and Accounting that work tirelessly to service the company’s roster of brokers. While some are licensed, they are not active producers.
“Furthermore, we are very proud that many of our top producing brokers are equally eager to share their best practices to other agents through inspirational and educational platforms like Project Accelerate or Agent Collaboration Hours,” said Jones. “This all accrues to a culture of caring and collective growth.”
