The Island Center neighborhood, very centrally located on Bainbridge, is home to Strawberry Hill Park, a skateboard park, a small commercial area with a gas station and Thai restaurant, and access to the Grand Forest. Just down the road, the Coppertop Business Park across from Sakai Intermediate School and Woodward Jr. High is home to world famous Storyville coffee, The Rock Gym, Bainbridge Brewing, Eagle Harbor Winery Bainbridge Distillers, and the Metro Café.

There are plenty of beautiful horse properties dotting the landscape with rolling hills and towering evergreens in the neighborhoods to make you feel like your living in the country even though you’re so close to everything.
Living in Island Center means easy access to anywhere on the Island. The High School is just down the road, and some of the trails or paths will connect you directly to Winslow. It’s just a short drive to either the northernmost or southernmost points on the island and you can get to the ferry in less than 10 minutes.
